Not enough work | Less Stressed | Evolving

I had the pleasure of speaking with Graeme Hayward from Uniform image about his journey with his VA Tessa who has been with him for three years. 

He shared: 

• How having Tessa on board has helped him transition from a local to a national business. 
• How he is now "slightly less stressed" and most of his stress is because he is leading new (and exciting) things in his business (not because of operations).
• How Tessa's role has evolved over time and has made him more organised.
