Not enough work to backbone in 1 month

I had the pleasure of speaking with Amana Horne from Home Bill Saver about how she has been able to get support from an amazing VA to grow her business. 

 

Hear about how Amanda: 

-was initially concerned that she would not have enough work for a VA but within a month her VA has become the backbone of her business 

-has built an amazing relationship with her VA where they can both have a laugh (even though she was unsure if she would be a good team leader)

-getting support from her VA in both marketing and operations has freed Amanda up to think creatively and to the stuff that she really wants to be doing in her business.
